  For me, this latest patch seems to fix my issue. My data file doens't have a password (I removed it in earlier troubleshooting). File size is 285k. Windows 11.

  this seems to be due to issues between quicken and MS OneDrive. For me, I have found a workaround by pausing OneDrive sync, then opening quicken. There is another thread about this about as well.
