Well - Penfed and Quicken both say that the issue is on the Quicken/Intuit side of the fence. I personally was given two extra months on my subscription since Quicken admitted it was there issue.1 -

OK - I give up. I just opened up a new Credit Union account and it downloads to Quicken perfectly. I will slowly be transitioning away from PenFed.1 -
