Hi All,
Recently, several users have reported calling Quicken support and being asked for large sums of money to fix issues—we want to let you know that Quicken support agents will never ask you for money to help you with a Quicken issue.
Quicken offers free chat and phone support for supported versions of Quicken.
Quicken never charges for support.
Our support agents will never ask you for your payment information, unless you are purchasing Quicken.
To contact our support team, click here:
https://www.quicken.com/support
and scroll to the bottom of the page for options.
Please be aware of third party support companies, found on search engines like Google or Bing, that are not affiliated with Quicken. When you call these third party companies, they will often ask for large payments, ranging from $100 to $400, and may try to sell you anti-virus software, or expensive yearly support plans.
