Is there a fix for the advisorclient.com issue?

Looking thru FIDIR.TXT, which records all of the Financial Institutions that have signed contracts with Q to provide download for their mutual clients, advisorclient.com isn't found (I did a search for that exact name or url).
SO, the only possible fix is to bug advisorclient.com into signing the contract.
This isn't something that Q can fix ... because there's nothing to fix.

I keep forgetting to go look for this file - where does it reside ?
And - is it a normal TEXT file, or just kinda formatted funny -
