How different are they? Could it be a simple time delay from the exchange to Q's quotes provider to you?
Also, what time of day (and time zone) are you seeing this?

I have noted that several months ago Quicken began providing downloaded stock quotes only weekly. Before that Quicken provided daily downloaded stock quotes. This usually causes differences in stock values and total stock values between a brokerage statement and a Quicken investment account.
