how do i enter a municipal bond exchange made by my financial institution on my behalf

i purchase municipal bonds via a financial advisor. They exchange them for new ones with different cusip numbers and they are pre and unrefunded. So how am I to enter this in Quicken. It is actually an exchange and not sale and purchase
