Are you talking about investing.quicken.com and updating your portfolios?
If so, more details, please. What kind of error messages do you get?What is the exact
release number for your version of Quicken?
If clicking on Help / About Quicken does not show one of the following you are
missing required software updates:

Has that ever worked for you?
Have you checked your One Step Update Settings to see that the function to update investing.quicken.com is activated and that at least 1 investment account is selected?
There should be messages in the One Step Update Summary with more information.

Logon to your quicken.com account. Go to "Manage Web Portfolios & Watchlists"
Click the gray button with the "X" in the middle just to the left of each account you want to delete.Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.
