Incorrect stock download

I bought a bank bond in my brokerage account. In the download to Quicken 2016, I accepted the suggested name. Unfortunately, I already owned the bank stock. Now both are downloaded together under the same name. 50 shares of stock +1000 bond = 1050 shares. How do I separate the bond and stock so in the future the download is correct. Thanks

You need to give them different names, and different trading symbols.

TOOLS, Security List.  See if there are 2 separate securities listed ... 1 for the stock and 1 for the bond.
Click on the Stock security name, and record what settings you've got there.
Click on the bond security name, and change the settings there.
