Can't add TIAA retirement accounts to Quicken 2017 Premier

I recently opened 403b accounts at TIAA through a new employer. I would like to track them in Quicken as I have my old retirement accounts with Fidelity. I click "Add Account," and then click "401k or 403b," type "TIAA," and then enter my account ID and password. When I click "Connect" the window changes briefly and says that it's looking for my accounts, but then disappears without adding anything.

How can I add these accounts with Direct Connect?

Thanks!

Do a search, within TIAA, for the word Quicken.

But note, that not all account types can be downloaded into Q.
