QWIn 2016 Premier: How do you stop the system from constantly "updating investment values"?

Quicken for Windows 2016 Premier.

    Try EDIT, Preferences, Investment Transactions and UNcheck "Automatically update quotes every 15 minutes".

    Thanks! I   knew there was a check box in there somewhere but I couldn't find it.
