Sorry, typo. I converted Quicken for Windows to Quicken for Mac. When I sell shares from my investment account (existing shares) they don't get deducted from the share total. Ditto for when I purchase shares. They don't get added. Anyway to fix this?0

They will probably be at the "bottom" of the register and will be shaded in gray.
Click on the placeholder and resolve the issue. In most cases you can use "guesstimate" the cost basis.0 -
