Updating register requires a password

Using Quicken 18.  I just updated and it now requires a password every time I make an update to my register.  In the past I was able to modify each transaction and hit save or "alt a" and move to the next transaction now I have to enter a password each transaction.  Such a pain!  Is there a way to deactivate this?
