Deleting all Categories

I just purchased Quicken and it has gone ahead and created categories and tagged transactions to them.  90% of them are wrong and it is confusing how to re-categorize and move transactions. I would like to know the steps to delete all categories, transactions and start with a blank slate.

Then delete the original once I have everything working the way I want?

Just abandon the old data file.  The new data file will be empty ... and you can add to it as you want.

Just started that, thank you for your help.  Look's like this will work.  Just need to start typing.
