How do I create a list of category groups?

I was on chat for 45 minutes with no answer. How do I create a list of my category groups so I can work with deleting, renaming or merging them?

How about a simple click on TOOLS, and then on Category List?

Specifically i want to see which categories are in each group so I can delete and combine some groups.

Tools > Category List. Click in the "Group" column heading to sort the list on Group.
