Pulling Profit and Loss Statement

When I try to pull a profit and loss statement is only shows Uncatagorized Income?? I have tried everything I can think of to correct this. Any Ideas?

What Q product are you running? What Build//Release?

And, are you asking about a personal P&L (known in Q as an "Income & Expense" report) OR are you trying to create one for your business that's using Q?

If your business, on Categories that have a Business tax line (Sched C, D, F, etc) will appear on the report. If no tax line is assigned, it's a personal category.

Tax lines can be assigned by clicking TOOLS, Category List, then clicking the icon in the Action column for each category that you want to assign to your business, then click EDIT and proceed from there.
