    In the Preferences, you have to make sure you have selected Canada as the region. This will make those categories available.

    If you were using an older file before they broke out the Canada/US preference mentioned above, you can always go into your Category list, click on the gear icon button at the bottom, and then choose "Add Default Categories" This will add in the default categories for Canada.
