Charles Schwab accounts will not sync - "Download Error 2000"

I noticed last month that my Charles Schwab brokerage accounts stopped syncing.  It isn't critical that I receive daily downloads and assumed this would get fixed with the next update, but the sync is still offline.  The app says this is "Download Error 2000" which I get 100% of the time.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I am using Quicken Deluxe 2019 Version 5.8.2 (Build 58.24609.100) on a Mac OS 10.12.6.

Thanks!

    Better yet, check this:

Error OL 301 with Schwab accounts (or "General
    error 2000")?

    Logon to your
Internet account at Schwab's website and make sure that in your profile,
Security Center, "Third Party Access" is set to "Allow".

Thank you so much!  This solved the problem.  Schwab added new security for third-party apps and the default setting is OFF.
