    Windows

OK, so why doesn't it work?  What happens when you try?  What HAVE you tried?

Because, we're not mind readers (we're other users) and "Tried everything" doesn' give us much to work with or analyze.

And, this would appear to be a Canadian security.  Are you running Q Canada?
And what Build/Release of your Q product?

Q user since February, 1990. DOS Version 4
Now running Quicken Windows Subscription, Business & Personal
Retired "Certified Information Systems Auditor" & Bank Audit VP

Note to all: ZUB appears to be a Toronto exchange security suggesting further that this may also be a Q-Canadian issue. Maybe TSX:ZUB?

@Bob: I tested ZUB (using Quicken Home & Business 2018 - Canadian) and I was able to download prices without any issues or problems. It works exactly like it should. Could you please post a screenshot of the Edit Security Details dialogue box for your setup of this security.

It seems to work now, but it wasn't. I've been using quicken for many years now and I do know how to add a new investment. Thanks for your help.
