Quicken uses an outside supplier for the stock quotes. They would have to contract with the supplier to provide any additional quotes. Are you currently using Quicken 2019? You could add the security in question to your watch list and give it a try, or post a few tickers here and someone else can try.
If CSE quotes don't currently work and you would like them added, you can post the request here as an Idea and if others agree they can vote for it. The powers that be say they take these ideas and votes into consideration when planning enhancements.
I must say, however, that there have been numerous requests for fixes and improvements to the quotes in recent months, but little if any noticeable change.QWin Premier subscription0 -
Not to mention that Quicken 2019 Canadian has not been released.0

Actually, there apparently is some anomaly in QWin-CA. Take a look at this answer and see if it helps:

smayer97, your link exactly fixed my problem with downloading CSE quotes. It's a very arcane workaround to get this exchange to download its quotes properly. It works for now, but really, Quicken should fix this so it works logically right-out-of-the-box.Actually, there apparently is some anomaly in QWin-CA. Take a look at this answer and see if it helps:
