How to deal with different bi-monthly paycheck dates?

I'm fairly new to Quicken. I get paid twice a month on the 1st, and 16th. Except, if the 1st or 16th are on the weekend, then I get paid on the last weekday prior. For example, last month my paycheck was deposited on the 30th of November, but it is actually my December (1st.) paycheck . There must be a simple way to deal with this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

What I usually do is manually change the date.0

Set up a Scheduled Reminder with the "Twice a month on the 1st and 16th" recurrence.
Record it manually a couple of days before the Due Date with the date set to the 1st or 16th so that you have a register entry available, even if the paycheck is electronically deposited a day early (or so).

If you use a non-paycheck income reminder, the optional settings allow you to have it entered automatically, 2 days early and then only on business days.
