hiding securities

Using Quicken 2019 Home Business Rental, with Win 10 Home. I have an investment account and when I choose "Holdings" the list includes every security that I have owned.  On my Securities List, I have marked "Hide" for the inactive securities, but they still show in the Holdings report.  Is there something else I should do to hide these inactive securities?

    Hiding in the Securities list only hides the securities in selection lists, not in the Holdings view.

    To hide securities you no longer hold in the Holdings view, click the gear at the top right and un-check "Show closed lots"
