I began Quicken in April 2018, but I've been inconsistent with it. I want to delete all my entered transactions and start over with 2019. How can I delete multiple transactions at once?

If you really want to start over, create a new data file: select
File > New Quicken File...
If you really want to maintain the accounts, categories, etc... from the current data file, create a copy of the data file: select
File > File Operations > Copy...
And, of course, we can delete multiple transactions across multiple accounts at once after selecting the transactions in an appropriately customized
Transaction
report: select
Reports > Banking > Transaction
