Theoretically, Quicken should update the file named Milerate.txt in, depending on your Quicken version,
ProgramData/Intuit/Quicken/Inet/Common/LocalWeb/Biz. or
ProgramData/Quicken/Inet/Common/LocalWeb/Biz
as part of the next scheduled patch file release.
If you cannot wait and if you have the new values you can update this file yourself using Notepad. Close Quicken before you edit the file, then start Quicken and check the results.

I'm sent a complaint directly to the Moderators of this forum (something that the SuperUsers can do).

I've been informed that a Ticket has been opened with Development to resolve this ... but there's no ETA at this point.
