And, did you contact REAL Q Support, at one of the phone numbers here: https://www.quicken.com/support#windows
Because, from your description of the screw-up ... I suspect that you may have contacted one of the scam phone numbers who are infesting this forum. It's hard to imagine real Q support causing an account to be deleted/
We do what we can to eliminate them, but like dandelions, they keep popping up.
Lastly, WHY were you unable to add that stock? What happened?
