How to change heading of "undeposited funds" Asset account from Property & Debt to something else?
QuickUserLV
I have setup an "undeposited funds" account as an Asset account so I can park invoice payments until I deposit them into the bank. I am using the Quicken 2019. The "undeposited funds" account appears under the heading of "Property & Debt". Since it is neither, how do I get it to appear under the same section of the Customer Invoices or Banking Accounts sections or something with a more relevant name?

If you do not want an
Asset
account to appear on the
Property & Debt
tab's Property view, I suggest you select
Custom...
from the pull-down menu at the top left of the view.
If you want an
Asset
account to be treated as a
Spending
or
Savings
account, you may select
Spending
or
Savings
from the
Account Intent
pull-down menu on the
Display
tab of the
Account Details
window (open the account and press
Ctrl + Shift + E
).
I prefer using a
Cash
account for
undeposited funds
instead of an
Asset
account.

Thank you. I thought it had to be an asset account. I setup a cash account and it looks good. Thanks again!
