My Account(s) totals and transactions are showing on the Mobile App but not on my desktop version

I have Quicken Deluxe 2019. My accounts are not showing totals nor recent transactions on my desktop version. Accounts and transactions on desktop version are listed as $0.00. All these details are only visible on my Mobile version.

I have done the one-step update, and that does not update my totals.

Please advise.

    How would that even be possible, since the Quicken desktop software is responsible for creating and uploading that data to the Quicken Cloud for the Quicken Mobile App to download and display ?
    - have Quicken 2019 installed
    - have enabled the Quicken Cloud and Mobile App - using SAME EXACT User ID
    - have SYNC the data - for those Quicken accounts that are Mobile Enabled
