Switching from MAC to Windows in the middle of a billing cycle

I signed into my Quicken Account but it won't let me download or switch from MAC to Windows.  Any suggestions?

    While the QWin to QMac conversions works reasonably well ... the QMac to QWin conversion has been broken for years.  Scrambles your categories.
    SO, my suggestion would be DON'T!
    Your best option would be to start fresh, in QWin, as of 1/1/19

    Think of them as two totally different software programs, that live in their own worlds, with no easy path between them....
