Unfortunately my version of Quicken Starter does not have that command to uncheck. For decades I used Quicken ver 2.0 This last Christmas I decided too finally upgrade it. ver 2.0 functioned without a tiny fraction of problems and defects the upgrade has shown. The programs Help screens are poorly presented and are virtually worthless. I tried several times to download the manual that is claimed to exist on intuits website. It to is a waste of time as when downloading does nothing but give a endless message to "Wait". It appears that the website is Paralyzed and can't find the file. The progress bar stays blank. This is by far the most screwed up piece of software I have ever encountered. This should embarrass Intuit when it's realized that the users can get much, much better results by going back to ver 2.0. or by getting another company's software instead. It's pretty bad when a company's worst and destructive enemy is itself. : (

Before a couple of weeks ago it was reporting success in syncing. This creates a contradiction. If I could get the manual it might explain the ma ,many problems, if not I have to return the program to Staples.
