How do you deactivate/reactive accounts? My app says all my accounts have errors reported

I’m using an iPad Pro with IOS 12.1.4 - App says I need to do this on my desktop to clear errors in mobile app. I’m one more error away from just deleting the app and dumping Quicken. Bank says it’s a Quicken issue, not theirs.

  • using a MAC -  and the “reply directly to your email” comes back with a mailer daemon error
