How do you deactivate/reactive accounts? My app says all my accounts have errors reported

Quicken Mac 2017 Member
I’m using an iPad Pro with IOS 12.1.4 - App says I need to do this on my desktop to clear errors in mobile app. I’m one more error away from just deleting the app and dumping Quicken. Bank says it’s a Quicken issue, not theirs.

Hi Gregd548. Thank you for the heads up on the mail system. We'll work on that.
In order to rectify the issue, I would try to reset the cloud and see if the issue persists:
https://www.quicken.com/support/how-edit-or-delete-your-cloud-datasets-quicken-mac

using a MAC - and the “reply directly to your email” comes back with a mailer daemon error0
