There is a known bug in Q2019 with the File > Print menu option being disabled when the Investing tab is selected, it has been acknowledged by Quicken in the main discussion thread here. In all reports of it to date using Ctrl-P has been an effective workaround.

As you haven't stated which version of Quicken you're using (or even if it's the US or Canadian flavour) it's possible it's a different problem, or you may have an issue with your installation.

As a first step I'd suggest applying the Mondo patch for whatever your version is and seeing if that solves the problem, or at least makes Ctrl-P work:
