Why does Quicken process d/l transaction incorrectly?

Using Window 2017. While d/l transactions from TD Ameritrade Institutional, I have, on MULTIPLE occasions over past 4 months since opening account, a buy or sell of IShares Core Dividend Growth ETF (DGRO).
Today's QFXLog shows sale with CUSP 46434V621 (the correct CUSP for this fund as per Google Search). However, Quicken translates this transaction as IShares Core S&P 500 ETF (CUSP 464287200 per Google Search).
It is very difficult to sell shares when I don't own any. If I accept this downloaded transaction, it throws my Quicken account out of sync with my TD Ameritrade account.
What do we do this solve this problem both today & in the future?

Quicken should be matching the downloaded transactions to securities in Quicken by the CUSIP ID. We may view the CUSIP ID associated with a security in Quicken by: entering Ctrl + Y and selecting the security name, Edit Security Details, and Other Info.
If you have matched the security incorrectly, I suggest you uncheck Matched with online security on the Edit Security Details window for the security. When you subsequently access the account or download from the financial institution, you should be prompted to match the imported security.7

Sherlock,
Thanks for the prompt response. Apparently, in Quicken, Core S&P 500 ETF had the CUSIP that should have been Core Dividend Growth. Core Dividend Growth had NOTHING for CUSIP. Unchecking the Match with online security for both and downloading transactions now downloaded and processed the correct ETF.
Thanks for getting these resolved for me.0
