Why did you close my open issue re downloading info from Fidelity 401k? Not fixed!

I opened this issue https://community.quicken.com/discussion/comment/19522148#Comment_19522148 2 years ago and there has been comment activity as recently as February 1, 2019.  It's now March 1 and I see that this discussion as been closed. By whom?  It's my post and I still need an answer!
