Investment income report

When using Subtotal By Security, is there any way to have the securities listed vertically in rows rather than horizontally in columns? Horizontal scrolling is a pain...

    Sorry, but no.  Q report layouts can't be readily changed.  See if there's another report in Q that's more to your liking.

    You might be able to export the data to Excel and manipulate it there for a more pleasing layout.

    Interesting browsing the Q&A -
    Yes, it is a pain with all the securities laid out in a scrolling horz list,
    but it is kind of worth seeing the vertical list of all the attributes relating to that security and it's financial transactions.

    You might be better off with an Investment Transactions report.  You could then subtotal by Category and Sort (click on header) by security.  That won't subtotal by security but you might be closer to what you want.  

    You can export copy to clipboard) that report to Excel for further work if needed.
