User Field is not long enough

My Jjill account stopped downloading sometime ago. I went through the prompts on how to reestablish without deleting the account. I checked my login credentials online with Jjill.com and when I go to put this info into Quicken the User Field is not long enough. Jjill required an email address and my email is one character shy on fitting in the User Field in order for Quicken to connect to Jjill.
Someone else had this issue in the past with E-bay but the fix didn't correspond to my question.
Is there a go around to correct this?
Thanks for any help you might be able to share.

Sorry, but I only see 2 options:1) Get a shorter email address (Perhaps a gmail.com address), or2) Find a store other than jjill

Thank you for your reply. I found that they use a different web address for payments and I used a different (shorter) username that was not an email address and it worked.
