Account shows negative securities value though no security transactions

Have Roth IRA account with no security related transactions. However shows -ve Security account value. How to fix the issue?

    Answer ✓
    Show hidden transaction was already checked. Created a new account and moved all the transactions to that account to resolve the issue.

    It sounds like you have one or more hidden Placeholders in the account.

    Please go to Edit > Preferences > Investing Transactions and make sure the "show hidden transactions" box is checked.
