Auto Reconcile Credit Card accounts

How do I setup Auto Reconcile for Credit Card accounts in Quicken 2019?  I found the option for bank

Open the account, press Ctrl + R, choose Online balance, check Auto reconcile downloaded transactions, and select OK.

When I press crtl + r it opens the reconcile window..  In that window there is no online balance option.
