Does Quicken plan to make a Web App version that will run independently in a browser?

IF there's such a product in the works, Q won't announce it until shortly before release.AND, if such a product is in testing, then the Testers have all signed Non-Disclosure Agreements ... and they can't talk about it either.SO, no one with any knowledge can answer your question.I will tell you that MANY users have strongly stated that they don't want their data floating around on the Web ... so the potential user base will be much smaller than that of desktop Q.

Thanks for the response. I share the concern about data floating around on the web. My preference would be to keep the data local and turn Quicken into a Web App that will run in Chrome and other leading browsers - only the program would reside on the web. This would be an easier model for Quicken to keep all users current as they move to a subscription service. This approach would also allow users to use Quicken anywhere they have a supported browser and their Quicken data - not just on the machine where Quicken is installed.0
