Action bar icons missing

I have the new Quicken (Windows) subscription. In my previous version (2017) I had icons in the action bar for save, back-up and online services. I can't find those in this version. I clicked on the gear icon and customize action bar, but the above icons were not listed. I know how to get to them, but I would much rather have a one click version.

I suspect you're looking for the Toolbar: select View > Show Toolbar. To customize the Toolbar, select View > Customize Toolbar....

Here is what I see under Customize Action Bar. Are you saying that items which used to be available are now gone? I can't remember.

Thanks for your help. I was looking in the wrong place. I had found the icons in the action bar and thought that took the place of the toolbar. The icons I was looking for were in the customize toolbar.
