Reconciliation

Quicken Mac Subscription Member
How come an account I have repeatedly be able to reconcile no longer allows me to reconcile. The reconcile "button" is shaded and does not permit to activate.

Account groups display registers that look just like individual account registers. So look again at your left sidebar and see what is highlighted in gray. Try clicking on another account, then back on the one you want to reconcile, being sure to click on your actual account and not one of the Group headings like "Cash," "Savings" or "Credit Card". Once you're on a single account, the Reconcile button should be active.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19936
