How do I handled uncleared transactions?

Question

One provides a "match" which is incorrect.  The other shows no match.  Is there a way to match an uncleared transaction to another transaction in my register?

If the match is not correct, I suggest you unmatch the downloaded transaction.  The downloaded transactions may be matched manually to transactions that have not been accepted into the register.  If you're using the Downloaded Transactions tab at the bottom of the register, a right click on the transaction will show you the options available.  If you're allowing Quicken to automatically enter the transactions, left-click on the pencil icon in the Status column to see the options available.
