Incorrect Cash Balance when running Net Worth Report

I have a problem, the cash balance in the brokerage account is correct and in the Investing tab. However when I run the net worth, the cash balance is different. for example, in the brokerage account it is $38,180.33, but when I go to the Net Worth or other Quicken Investing reports it is$40,896.25. I really would like to spend the additional money, but I know it is not real. Running QB2019. I have spent 4 hours with Customer Service, but no answers

In the net worth report, if you customize and go to Securities, is "No security" selected? It should be
