I am trying to sync my American Signature Furniture Plus card from www.mysynchrony.com and it is not connecting

    Can you provide more details on how it isn't working?  Are you getting an error code?

    Has this account previously downloaded into Quicken or is it being added brand new?

    What option are you selecting in the bank list to download?

    I am updating my credit card information in the system. When I try to sync for information from my American Signature Furniture credit card which is a linked to www.mysynchrony.com I keep getting a incorrect username and password.

    As shown below, mysynchrony.com is not an option in the bank list.

    It is actually under the credit card tab. They have other banks similar to similar connected to Lowes and other cards, but none connected to Signature Furniture. Is there a process for adding this to the system?
