Managing Investment Accounts and Downloads

I inadvertantly entered the wrong security in one of my investment accounts when I was downloading transactions - how do I remove that security (can't delete it since it is used in other accounts) and enter the correct one.

I suggest you edit each of the transactions referencing the wrong security in the investment account to use the correct security.8

On the chance you "matched" the wrong security during the download when prompted by a pop-up window, go to Security Details for the wrongly matched security and uncheck the box labeled "Matched with online security". Then re-match it to the correct one when prompted next time by the window.5

Thanks to both responders - I had more issues than I realized, and both responses gave me useful information. I'm gradually fixing all my downloaded accounts.
