Managing Investment Accounts and Downloads

I inadvertantly entered the wrong security in one of my investment accounts when I was downloading transactions - how do I remove that security (can't delete it since it is used in other accounts) and enter the correct one.

    Thanks to both responders - I had more issues than I realized, and both responses gave me useful information. I'm gradually fixing all my downloaded accounts.
