How do you split a single rent check into 2 separate rental spaces?
I receive 1 rent check per month to be applied to 2 separate rental offices - how do I split this deposit in Quicken record in the rent center?

For each rental property, record the appropriate $ amount.Direct each payment NOT to your checking account ... but to an intermediate account. I call mine "Undeposited Checks".THEN, transfer the actual deposit FROM that UC account to your checking account.
