Setting up Accounts for Mobile Sync producing errors

Maybe someone can help - trying to set up accounts for sync to mobile app - when I go to "mobile & web" tab on desktop and try to do this - several accounts - "American Express", "Chase", "Charles Schwab" - get error message CC-503 - the passwords for these accounts are correct and I can update the accounts via "One Step Update" - so anyone know what's going on?
