How do I get specific dates downloaded from my bank?

I've been using Quicken for years but only recently decided to connect with my bank for transaction download. My download picked up transactions back to 2.1.2019 but left a gap between 11.29.2018-1.31.2019. Is there a way to ask for those specific dates? Or do I have to go and enter them manually?
