How do I add a property "number" for a newly acquired property?

When I first started using Quicken Windows HBR 2019 I had to do something that gave each property a number.  I have added another property and can't remember how I did that.  Without doing that extra step the property doesn't appear in my Tax Schedule.  It seemed redundant at the time but obviously necessary.
