You can install the CD on both or download the program on both separately. But you can not share or use the same data file. You have 1 data file. You can move it back and forth between computers but that can give you problems and you might mess up your data if you use the wrong one.
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

There is no advantage to the CD version over the download version; in fact, the CD does't contain the current version of Quicken; it contains a version which will immediately download the current version the first timer you launch it. If you find the CD version for significantly less, and if you actually have an optical drive, sure, go for it; otherwise, get the download version and be up and running in a few minutes.
As @volvogirl said, your Quicken license allows you to install the program in multiple computers. To move your data file between machines, you should always save a Backup (or in the Finder, File>Compress your data file), then move it to the other computer with a flash drive or if they'r networked together. You need to keep track of which machine has your current data file, and repeat the backup/compress process to move back to the other Mac. (It sounds like a pain, but it actually doesn't take long.)Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19935

I have 2 computers, is it possible to mirror quicken and use on both?
I looked on Amazon, it is cheaper to buy the Quicken CD Rom. Is there any advantage of downloading it vs. buying the CD?
I am running Mojave on my Mac Air and plan to upgrade to Mojave on my Mac Pro once I figure out Quicken.
Thank you.-1 -
