Since last update Quicken Mobile is Not Syncing Properly

The last update to my Quicken Windows Desktop did not go well requiring a new download and revalidate process. Now my Quicken Mobile is not syncing with the desktop. Every since the last update R9.44, I lost two months of transactions in my Mobile device that cannot be recovered. Also, I have to Quicken account, one for Windows and one for MAC. When I switched to the Mac database, I lost all my transactions and accounts in The Windows mobile database. What is wrong with the Quicken syncing process?
