I suggest you reconcile the transactions in the accounts in Quicken with the account statements obtained from the financial institution and resolve any discrepancies.

Also go to Edit > Preferences > Investing transactions and make sure Show hidden transactions is checked and resolve any placeholders that may be affecting your balances.
